		<description><![CDATA[The St. Louis Guild Executive Committee and the Post-Dispatch have agreed to begin early and expedited bargaining on a Guild contract.  In expedited bargaining, each side selects a limited number of issues for negotiations (leaving all remaining provisions of the contract in place).  Both sides also pare down the size of their negotiating teams.
